make an anaglyph, does not have a benefit of the work
this is done for free ..

is no longer the great painter who reproduces famous monuments
you are asked your permission architects?

when you save the image of the Mona Lisa in JPG format on your hard drive
you modified, more work, by compression of JPG that we do some pixel shifting to generate an anaglyph!

make small policeman, instead of the authors, is not very glorious for you my friend ..

you have nothing else to do?

here, there is no modification of the work!

it remains the same, the personages are the same locations
there are no more changes to it, as does the JPG format!

the work is not used for a business
more, which you prove that the work does not belong to him?
