Vader 3-D conversion by MVRamsey
Vader 3-D conversion
Ok, this one might not look as good as I hoped...I'm sort of hopped up on pain meds at the moment...pinched nerve in my lower back, and sciatica..uugh....but I just had to give it a try anyway.
See the original wallpaper image here:…

Rock N Roll 3-D conversion
Ok, I totally messed up my lower back, and I'm sort of stuck on the couch for this is the first 3-D conversion i've attempted to do on a laptop...I thought I'd keep it pretty simple, too...besides, the pain killers are kicking in now, anyway. *lol*
My wife suggested I get a separate just for my 3-D pictures and fellow 3-D fanatics, so I did just that. Now I'm on Facebook at
Just a note...all the images I've been posting there can also be seen in my gallery here...but maybe I'll post some that will be exclusively for my Facebook. Anyway, please come check it out and lets be "friends"!

Your work is looking very cool-- swell job! I'm curious to know why you chose color anaglyph, which I've always found to be an odd compromise between straight red/green (red/blue) stereo images and a normal color range. Part of the reason I bring this up is, I've been doing some 3-D photos (converting images I shot, intended for 3-D), and I've been making them chiefly for viewing with Google Cardboard. Have you tried that? It's what all the kids are doing these days! Lol. All side-by-side stereo images, and pretty cool, when done right.

Anyway, I'd love to see your images done that way, in their normal colors, of course. What do you think?

I've never heard of Google Cardboard, but I'll definitely check it out! I've been asked before about doing side-by-side stereo images, but I haven't tried it yet...I haven't been sure just how to go about it...the ones I do are done with depth mapping...been doing this for about 2 years or so now...but I'm willing to try something new, too....I'll take a look at Google Cardboard and see what I can come up with!  :)

Hi there!
I am absolutely loving your work all over again after rediscovering anaglyph 3D.
I remember you pointed me to a tutorial on how to create your 3D images, please could you link me again? (Sorry)

I am really thinking of creating some myself.
Keep up the amazing work, and I showed my wife these and she was most impressed :D

Sure, no problem at tutorial is here:…
It's a video might want to mute it, though...I thought it would be cute to have some music looping, but it just turned out annoying. *lol*
Also, here is a link to the excellent tutorial that I learned how to do mapping from…
And when you do some 3-D anaglyphs yourself, feel free to post them on my site..I'd love to see what you come up with!  Also, if I can be of any help along the way, don't hesitate to ask...I'd be happy to help in any way I can.  )
